The private country house is located just by a lake and with beautiful forest surroundings. 5 well sized bedrooms and large social areas spread over 2 floors and 2 cousy guest houses just by the main house. Spacious outside porch including a generous lounge area, large dining table, bbq and several sun chairs. Enjoy a swim in the lake from your private jetty or why not try the outside sauna with wood burner and the traditional nordic hot tub with a cold shower! The house was originally built by a swedish boat captain and his wife. About 50 years later the house was redesigned and rebuilt to what it is today. Comfortable and well designed with a lot of character. The property is private and you don´t share it with any other guests/people. It consists of the main house of +200sqm, one guest house of 25sqm and another one of 15sqm. There is a big lawn on the backside of the house where you can play football, badminton, etc. A lot of other ground to use around the house, and the forest and the lake is just around the corner. In total the property is about 5000sqm. Driveway up to a big parking lot in front of the house, you can easily park 3-4 cars. Possibility to charge electric cars.

The house is located about 90m from lake Tydingesjön where you can enjoy a swim from a private jetty. Fishing in the lake is very good and you can catch fish like pike and perch. You will have to buy a fishing license and it is about 50kr. Possibility to rent a rowing boat and 2 SUPs. Fantastic forest surroundings where you can ejoy walks for hours or why not go for a run.
