Company info

I have worked as Managing Director at Residence Perseus since January 2013, and have been in charge of the expansion from 3 to 9 apartments. The best thing about my job is that I get to meet a lot of great people and help them get the most out of their visits in Stockholm. I also very much enjoy decorating each apartment to combine the Old Town charm with modern comfort and allow the guests to choose the style that they find most attractive.

Property info

We have a total of 9 short term rental apartments in a 17th century building right in the heart of Old Town Stockholm. They are all carefully renovated and decorated, each with its own style and characteristics, and we aim to provide a unique accommodation for guests who value space, privacy and self-catering. Staff is on site daily.

Neighborhood info

Gamla stan is nothing less than a picturesque sight in itself with its narrow alleys, old buildings and cobble stone streets. You can vist the Royal Palace, Stockholm Cathedral and the Nobel Museum and Gamla stan is located right in the middle of Stockholm well within walking distance of both the modern City Center and trendy Södermalm, and boats to the Island of Djurgården as well as the archipelago departs from Slussen, a 2 min. walk from our building. As it that weren't enough, Gamla stan is filled with amazing restaurants, cosy cafés and interesting shops, all within a very short walk from our building.
