Röjeråsen Cabin is located in the heart of Dalarna, one of Sweden's most beautiful provinces. Surrounded by forests and peaceful nature, the cabin is approximately 6 kilometres from Lake Siljan and only a 15-minute drive from the charming town of Rättvik. It is an ideal base for exploring the region's scenic landscapes, cultural attractions and outdoor activities throughout the year.
My name is Eric Verbruggen, and I moved from the Netherlands to Sweden many years ago to pursue my passion for nature, tranquillity and outdoor living. When I discovered the beauty of Dalarna, with its forests, lakes and traditional Swedish countryside, I immediately felt at home. I had the opportunity to purchase this unique property in 2011. Its peaceful location, surrounded by nature and close to both Lake Siljan and Rättvik, made it a place I instantly fell in love with. Since then, I have enjoyed spending time here and sharing this special place with guests from around the world.
The small town of Röjeråsen is located in the heart of Dalarna, surrounded by forests, beautiful countryside and peaceful nature. The area is perfect for walking, cycling, fishing, relaxing and exploring the outdoors at your own pace.
