My name is Åsa and together with my husband Sebastian and our two children, I moved to Villa Söderåsen in March 2016 and started to manage this beautiful guest home. Our goal is to make you as a guest feel comfortable and at home. We don't have a traditional reception at Villa Söderåsen, but staff is usually in the house and between 7 AM and 3 PM you can always contact management on site if you have any questions We look forward to meeting you! "Villa Söderåsen B&B and Gatherings" is situated like a heart between the nature of the National park (Söderåsens nationalpark) and the creative little village Röstånga. The house has been a guest home since it was built in 1904. The rooms are furnished with mostly vintage furniture. As a guest you easily make yourself at home and freely use the common areas, the spacious guest kitchen and cosy lounge with fire place. Smoking is totally forbidden in the entire house, the balconies and verandas. If you smoke, please go to the garden. The rooms are rented out to tourists but we also rent out the whole house on request to family gatherings, workshops, retreats, kick-offs etc. Talk to us and we will give you more information. If you step outside from our kitchen enterence, you walk straight into the beautiful Nationalpark "Söderåsens nationalpark" with hiking, bicycle, riding tracks. Odensjön, a small little magical deep forest lake to enjoy on your walk or also go swimming in, is just 10 min walk from the house. At summer time we have "Sababa food truck" in our garden offering some lighter meals, delicious ice cream, coffee, cakes etc. Our neighbour is the local tourist office where you can get a lot of advice for your adventures and maps. Just two minutes walk from Villa Söderåsen you have a small local super market ICA, a café and "Stationen Röstånga" (the local restaurant). The village also have a pizzeria not far from Villa Söderåsen. A little further away, about 15 min walk you find a 4 star camping site with swimming pools, water slide, mini golf etc. Also, don't miss to visit the local art gallery! Not far away you can go canoeing, horseback rinding, trolley cycling on the old train rails through the beautiful nature. Röstånga and Söderåsen has a lot to offer, come and experience for your self :)
