Welcome to Strömspärlan 🤍 A bright and modern private apartment in the heart of Strömstad. 🏡 Location: The apartment is located at the back of the house with a private entrance, private parking, and a patio with outdoor furniture. Across the street, you will find Strömsvattnet with beautiful walking paths and green surroundings. A playground and skate park are also located just across the road. 🛏️🏡 The Apartment: The apartment features one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and fridge/freezer. 💦 The newly renovated bathroom includes a shower, washing machine, and hair dryer. An iron is also available. 🚘 Parking: Free private parking is available directly outside the apartment. Drive up the hill on Fredrikshaldsvägen and take the first road on the left – you will find the parking area there. 🔑 Key Access: A key box is located outside the entrance. The access code will be sent the day before arrival. 🛜 📺 Free WiFi and Smart TVs with Netflix, Viaplay, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, Telia Play, HBO Max, and several other streaming services. 🔌🚘 Electric Vehicles: A Circle K charging station is located directly opposite the property, offering convenient EV charging. 🛏️🧺 Included: Bed linen, towels and toiletries. 🛍️🍛☕️🎳 Town Centre, Shopping & Restaurants: Strömstad town centre is approximately a 10-minute walk away, while Strömstad Shopping Center, with shops, grocery stores, restaurants, cafés and bowling, can be reached in about 5 minutes.
