Fräscht boende nybyggt 2024 med de flesta bekvämligheterna. Aircondition mot en kostnad. Läget är suveränt med närhet till både gågatan, Kapelluddens pool o havsbad inom några hundra meter. Lakan/handdukar ingår ej men kan köpas till. Städning ingår ej. I viss mån kan den köpas till
