We are Anna and Stefan, and we live by Blomsholm, just outside Strömstad. Together we run Sweden Cabins, where we personally take care of our houses – from maintenance and interior design to staying in touch with you as our guests. We live nearby, are easily available, and genuinely care about you having a great stay. Our homes are not luxury properties, but our goal is always the same: to give you a 10-out-of-10 experience through thoughtful design, good functionality, and a home where everything feels well considered and easy to use. The Nordby Cabin is our newest addition. You can also stay with us at The Buar Cabin, The Blomsholm Cabin, or The Solhem Cabin. Many guests return and choose different houses depending on group size, season, and needs. If anything does not feel quite right during your stay, we appreciate you contacting us directly – we always do our best to resolve it. Welcome to The Nordby Cabin – easy self check-in with a code allows you to arrive anytime after 3 PM. Bed linen and towels are included, but guests make the beds themselves. The house is easy to clean, and a robot vacuum cleaner is available during your stay. We appreciate the house being left clean and tidy at departure. Upstairs there are three bedrooms with two double beds and two single beds. The house features a new, fully equipped kitchen. TVs with Chromecast are available both upstairs and downstairs, free Wi-Fi is included, and a washing machine is located in the basement. The house is located near Nordby Shopping Centre, and traffic may occur during opening hours. Outside these hours it is quiet, and the forest starts just 5 metres from the house.

You're staying at the very top of Bohuslän on Sweden’s west coast, just 10 minutes from the Norwegian border and 3 km from Nordby Shopping Centre – one of Sweden’s largest, with over 110 shops and restaurants. Traffic can be noticeable when the centre is open, but you’re close to everything you need. For beach lovers, the sea and the charming Lökholmen beach are just a few kilometres away, and the coastal town of Strömstad is only a 15-minute drive. Behind the house, you’ll find peaceful forest trails perfect for walks, berry picking and little adventures.
