The Riverside is a small Guesthouse sitting on the riverbank of Ångermanälven in Undrom, a small village in a beautiful spot at the heart of The Highcoast. During the sommer months we open up the veranda as a restaurant Fridays and Saturdays. It becomes a meeting point for the locals and the guests alike. You can order meals in advance. Breakfast and dinner. Personable, cozy and welcoming is what we strive for!
I will meet you, check you in, give you some info and answer any questions you might have about your accomodation or the area. Having lived in London for 26 years and returned 2025 to the village I have both roots and wings. Living in London i met people from all over the world and growing up in this village I have a deep local knowledge too. Looking foward to welcoming you and to look after you. Pia
You are 40 minutes away from The Highcoast with stunning scenery both up a hill and by the sea. Highcoast Whiskey a few kilometres away. Sollefteå with Jonna Jinton's store just half an hour by car. Näsåker with stone carvings from the Stone Age an hour away. Lakes with sandy beaches and small hiking tracks dotted all around the place. The local river beach some 10 min walk away. If nature and a slower pace is your thing then this is your home in the north of Sweden.
