Charmig, fräsch och smakfullt möblerad lägenhet, i äldre hus från 1910, i lungt område på Östermalm i Västervik. Fem minuter gångavstånd till Västerviks centrum. Tre minuter till järnvägsstation. 5-8 minuter till många restauranger. Egen våning med utsikt åt alla väderstreck. Relativt nyrenoverat ek-kök, badrum och sovrum. Kakelugn. Stor balkong med utemöbler i söderläge. 50 tums platt-TV med Viasat med 90 kanaler ingår. Tillgång till trädgård. WIFI. Sängkläder och badrumshandukar samt städning, är tillval som betalas i samband med incheckning. Kökshanddukar ingår. Närhet till badplatser och Västerviks skärgård med över 5000 öar. 55 km till Astrid Lindgrens Värld, Vimmerby.
