Villa Guldkusten is a modern and stylish guest house set in a private and peaceful location by Lake Västlandasjön. Here you are welcomed by wide lake views, the stillness of nature, and a setting designed for relaxation, quality time, and long summer evenings by the water. The house features two harmonious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with underfloor heating, and a bright, tastefully furnished living area with a Smart TV. From May to September, outdoor furniture is available on the terrace, perfect for enjoying the lake view. By the water, there is also a grill area that guests are free to use. You will stay close to nature in a living countryside environment, with birdlife over the water, open fields, and occasionally the sound of tractors during harvest season. At the same time, Köping and Arboga are about 30 minutes away, and Västerås and Örebro can be reached within approximately one hour. The lake is a natural inland lake, and during extended periods of warm and still weather, algae blooms may occur, which can vary from year to year. Final cleaning is carried out by the guest before departure. A clear checklist is available in the house, and the property should be left in the same condition as upon arrival. To maintain the calm and pleasant atmosphere, smoking and vaping are not permitted within the area. The minimum age for guests is 25 years. Children are welcome when accompanied by their parents.

Villa Guldkusten is located by Lake Västlandasjön, surrounded by forest, water and open countryside. Here you can swim, fish or simply enjoy quiet moments by the shoreline. For those wishing to explore additional swimming spots, several well-regarded options are within 10–20 minutes, including the public beach in Kolsva and “Gruvan”, a scenic swimming area set in the forest. Köping and Arboga offer historic surroundings, cafés and restaurants within approximately 30 minutes. Västerås and Örebro are about one hour away and provide a wider selection of shopping, culture and events.
