Villa Nyborg is a charming turn of the century house (1915) with a large secluded lot with seaview, a small beach, if you want to go for a swim. Here you can gather family and friends in a real archipelago idyll. The large plot means that you will always find a lovely place, for yoga, outdoor games, sunbathing or a lunch in the garden. Perhaps a refreshing drink before dinner on the veranda. 3 bedrooms, with 6 ordinary beds (8 sleeping possibilities), 1 toilette, 1 bathroom with toilette, washing machine, shower and WC, fully equiped kitchen and comfortable living room with fireplace. The lot has a nice sea view over the Baltic Sea. There are a lot of activities and things to do and see in the Stockholm archipelago. Great foods and areas to explore, hiking, canoeing, fishing, swimming, golfing, outdoor activity, Sky parks, Go-cart, Viking Village etc. We can give you some tips on what to do and what to see in the nearby area.
We are a very easy going/active/tolerant family of four: Örjan (58) and Anna-Karin (53) , and 2 sons, Edwin (20) and Rasmus (28). We like outdoor activities and know the area well. We can give you tips on what to do and see in the area of the beautiful Stockholm archipelago as well as the surroundings of Åkersberga, Stockholm, Uppsala and Norrtälje.
This unique place is situated only 15 minutes away from nearest city (Åkersberga), with restaurants, grocery stores and a shopping mall. 30 minutes away from the characteristic summer town of Norrtälje with all its small cafées, icecream shops, restaurants and a newly renovated bathhouse. 20 minutes away from Waxholm, a summertown with a small harbor, an old castell, Sky Park (an outdoor activity / adventure park) and great ice-cream shops. Close to beaches, lakes, fishing areas and swimming facilities. Cultural attractions such as Wira Bruk is just a 15 minute ride away. Second-hand shops, horse riding, cheese makers, beer brewery and unique farms where you can buy fresh milk in a can. There are golf resorts in Åkersberga as well as on the island Ljusterö, the Ljusterö golf resort. The house is situated only 40 minutes away from the Stockholm City Center with all it´s range of activities, restaurants and cultural attractions.
