Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel. Please note that hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes. Custom policy - Water bottles are provided once only on the day of arrival. If you require more it will be chargeable at USD 1 per bottle.
