Your hosts, Meri and Darjo, warmly welcome you to their family-run bed and breakfast in the heart of Goriška Brda. Married since 1989, Meri and Darjo bring a personal touch to every aspect of your stay, ensuring you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Meri is a talented cook with a passion for creating delicious, authentic dishes that reflect the rich culinary traditions of the region. Having honed her skills at schools in Tolmin and Izola, she delights in preparing meals that showcase local ingredients, often enjoyed in the garden under the vine. Darjo, on the other hand, is deeply connected to the land, spending his days tending to the surrounding vineyards that envelop the property. When not in the vineyards, he serves as the head waiter at the family-owned restaurant, where his warm hospitality and deep knowledge of local wines enhance every dining experience. Together, Meri and Darjo have raised two children, Matija and Tjaša, and they take pride in sharing their love for this beautiful region with their guests.
