Apartma je popolnoma nova nastanitev, nahaja se v središču Kranjske Gore. Notranjost apartmaja je bila prenovljena januarja 2023, zunanjost je še v prenovi. Gostje lahko pozimi uživajo v zimskih aktivnostih, poleti pa si odpočijejo v pristni naravi v objemu gora. Pred apartmajem je parkirišče, zraven je vrt, ki je pozimi obdan z veliko snega, v pomladnih, poletnih in jesenskih dneh pa si lahko gostje odpočijejo na vrtu obdanem z zelenjem in cvetjem, s pogledom na Julijske Alpe in Karavanke. Smo cenovno ugodna, družinam prijazna nastanitev.
Apartma se nahaja v naravni, mirni soseski na Gasilski ulici. V bližini sta trgovina Mercator in odlična Gostilna pri Martinu. Pred apartmajem je brezplačno parkirišče. Zraven je vrt. Smučišče je oddaljeno 500 m.
