V samem centru starega mestnega jedra v Kopru oddam popolnoma nov apartma v velikosti 48 m2. Primeren je za 2-4 osebe saj ima 2 spalnici z 2 ležišči v vsaki. Apartma ima balkon v velikosti 9 m2, brezplačen wi-fi, klimatsko napravo, pralni stroj in sušilni stroj, dostop do apartmaja je možen z avtom, brezplačen parking je pa 50m stran (pri nas se dobi kartica za rampo in vstop v parking). V dnevni sobi je sedežna garnitura, tv sprejemnik z več ko 220 programi, ps4, jedilna miza z 4 stoli.. Kuhinja je opremljena s pečičo, kuhalno steklokeramično ploščo, hladilnikom z zamrzovalno skrinjo, mikrovalovno pečico, toasterjem in grelnikom vode. Apartma je od plaže oddaljen cca 7min hoje. Trgovina, pošta, banka.. je pa vse do 200-300m oddaljenosti (5min). Poskrbljeno je tudi za varno shranjevanje vaših koles, motornih koles. oz drugih pripomočkov saj je pred vhodom v apartma ograjeno dvorišče. Ker se apartma nahaja v strogem centru mesta glasba po 22h (zaradi sosedov) ni dovoljena. V ceno je vključeno čiščenje apartmaja ni pa vključena turistična taksa. Apartma je v ajpesu vpisan od 12.8.2020 in od takrat tudi sprejema goste.
