ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION The holiday resort “Monterose” (mountain rose) is located in a historically grown Istrian village about 250m above the Adriatic Sea with a view of the Bay of Portoroz. It is a 10-minute drive to the beach. Embedded in an approximately 2000 m2 Mediterranean garden with 3 ponies, the 4 apartments are 5 - 20 m around the large swimming pool. The largest apartment has approximately 60 m2 and a spacious terrace with barbecue facilities (wood and charcoal is available), the others Units are 30 - 50m2 in size and have: - Air conditioning or ceiling fan - Kitchen bath / shower - Tv / free wifi - Home phone you also have a covered terrace with club furniture and smaller Library for "CHILLING" The quiet location, the good air quality from the Dolomites and the salt pans of Seca invite you to relax. The owner lives in the immediate vicinity and will be happy to provide you with information and tips on request. Furthermore, the holiday home is ideal for larger groups of people, as the separate apartments can guarantee enough privacy!
