Welcome to the fully renovated Apartment Tanja – bike‑friendly, located in a peaceful part of Limbuš, right at the edge of the forest and close to Pohorje, the Maribor Lake, and numerous cycling and hiking trails. The apartment, situated on the first floor of the house, offers almost 100 m² of comfortable space for up to 8 guests. It features three separate bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and two large terraces with beautiful views of the surrounding nature and Pohorje. The accommodation is an excellent choice for active guests. Just a few hundred meters away runs the famous Drava Cycling Route (Drava Bike), connecting Italy, Austria, Slovenia, and Croatia. Hiking trails leading toward Pohorje begin in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, and the lower station of the Pohorje cable car is only a few minutes’ drive away. Upon request, guests can also use secure storage for bicycles, skis, and other sports equipment, as well as a bike repair stand for basic maintenance. On warm summer evenings, the outdoor grill can also be used upon prior arrangement

The accommodation is located approximately 250 meters from the Maribor Lake Landscape Park, where fishing, rowing, and other activities are possible. The Drava Cycling Route (Drava Bike) passes nearby, connecting Italy, Austria, Slovenia, and Croatia. Hiking toward Pohorje is possible directly from the accommodation. Maribor can be reached by bicycle in about 25 minutes via a dedicated cycling path. The lower station of the Pohorje gondola is around 5 km away, offering skiing in winter (depending on snow conditions) and access to the Bike Park Pohorje in summer. The Maribor bike park features 11 km of cycling trails suitable for beginners, experienced mountain bikers, and professionals.
