This is a spacious apartment on the 1st floor of a traditional villa surrounded by a wonderful garden. The apartment has been completely renovated. It is situated 700 meters from the center and only 200 meters from the nearest beach. The apartment consists of 1 spacious sleeping room and a living room with a sleeper couch and a foldable additional bed. A completely furnished kitchen with a dining corner is included. There is a beautiful view of the marina from the balcony, ideal for admiring the sunset. Guests can also use a large, shady garden with space for outdoor dining and relaxation.

The house is situated in the residential part of Izola, close to the shops (5 min walk) and many sports facilities (7 min walk).
