The Bella Rosa Apartment is located in Bertoki, just a short distance from the medieval town of Koper on the Slovenian Adriatic Coast. The apartment is on the ground floor of a house built in the late 70s, recently refurbished and converted into a charming, vintage-style home where you’ll feel cozy. We offer fresh, clean drinking water straight from the tap—yes, in Slovenia, the constitution guarantees the right to clean water. Of course, we’ve also provided amenities such as a TV, free Wi-Fi, and a lovely BBQ area where you can prepare your own meals. The property is surrounded by lush greenery, including a garden, an orchard, and a vineyard. While we’re not right on the coast, the countryside here offers a peaceful charm that is even more attractive than the busy shoreline. The area offers numerous possibilities for sightseeing, cycling, walking, birdwatching, and exploring the rich history of the region. You are also close to Slovenia’s borders with Italy and Croatia, providing excellent opportunities for cross-border travel and exploration. The house was built by my grandfather in the late 70s. He moved here from eastern Slovenia to live by the seaside. After both my grandparents passed away, we decided to refurbish the apartment and offer it to you – our dear guests. We would be very happy to have you as our guests.

Bertoki, the village where we are located, is set in a peaceful area surrounded by beautiful vineyards and olive trees. Believe me, you’ll have a great time here. The surrounding area offers numerous activities both on land and at sea. The nearest beach is just a 5-minute drive or a 30-minute walk away. Don’t forget to explore the Parenzana biking and walking trail, which passes through charming villages that are as picturesque as the medieval coastal towns. Reaching Italy and Croatia is also easy, but trust me, once you visit Slovenia, you'll want to come back!
