Guesthouse Flower is located in a peaceful, green residential area of Ljubljana, offering a quiet and safe environment while still being well connected to the city. The neighbourhood is ideal for guests who value privacy, fresh air and a relaxing atmosphere. The house stands alone, without neighbouring buildings directly attached, which means no noise at night and minimal traffic. The street is one-way and very calm, with practically no night-time traffic, making it safe for families and exceptionally quiet. Guests can park up to three cars directly in front of their private entrance, which is a rare convenience in Ljubljana. Within just a few minutes’ walk, guests will find everything they need: -a pizzeria -a local restaurant -fast food options -a grocery store -a butcher -a fresh fruit & vegetable market -a medical centre -a pharmacy In addition, only 5 minutes on foot from the property is a newly built indoor and outdoor swimming complex with a wellness centre (opened in 2025).
