The newly furnished apartment Lipa 112 is located in "Vas Lipa" right next to the Olimia thermal baths and right next to the new family hotel Vilinia. It is decorated in a pleasant rustic-Scandinavian style with retro details that create a warm and homely atmosphere. It offers a fully equipped kitchen with a comfortable pull-out armchair in the "living area", a modern bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed, which has the option of an additional pull-out bed. The bedroom also offers a flat-screen TV and a cozy reading corner, where the armchair can be pulled out into a bed. There is a direct exit from the bedroom to the balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh air and the view of nature. The apartment has a private parking space in front of the building. Swimming tickets are not included in the price of accommodation, but as our guests you can benefit from a 10% discount when purchasing tickets for visiting the thermal baths.
You can shorten your days in Podčetrtek by cycling, hiking and visiting the nearby deer farm and the Olimje monastery. Just a few meters away, you will find Terme Olimia with the most popular Termalija swimming pools and the world-renowned Orhidelia wellness center, where you will find complete relaxation for body and soul. The youngest will be delighted by the Family Fun water park with various pools and play areas, so you will definitely want to extend your stay. In addition to swimming, the Terme Olimia complex also offers a rich entertainment program for all generations - from water aerobics, energy exercises and relaxation with Himalayan bowls to rides on a tourist train, excursions and dance evenings. Golf lovers can also enjoy the Amon Olimje golf course in the immediate vicinity.
