It includes one bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a balcony with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The apartment is accessible by elevator, making it suitable for strollers or wheelchairs. It has its own parking space.
