APARTMENT WITH BALCONY (UNIT C): The apartment is made for up to 4 people, completely renovated, with FREE PRIVATE PARKING and a private BALCONY. It is located on the second floor (50m2) with a separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room (with a sofa bed), a closed balcony (lounge space) and an open balcony. The private parking is located behind the house and it is visible from the apartment.

The apartment is located in the centre of Izola, near the postal office, open market, restaurants, parks and other shops. The public beach of Svetilnik is nearby (5min by walk, approximately 500m from the apartment). You can also take a small train that goes around the city to arrive at the beach of Svetilnik, San Simon or Belvedere (where you can admire the amazing view on the city). You can go anywhere by bike as there are many bike trails, the main and longest one, Parenzana, starts in Trieste (Italy) and goes along the coastline all the way to Pula (Croatia). There is also an open public fitness in Livade and one on the Parenzana trail.
