Where the spirit and the body relax! Pri Cepčovih is a small family guest house and a restaurant located in the village of Golac. Set at the foothills of the sorrounding mountains and peaceful nature, one can really find own peace of mind here. Whether you are looking for relaxation, pleasure, active holidays in nature or just a quick stop by, we've got you covered. The view from the top of the mountains opens to the Alps and to the Mediterranean Sea. And don't worry if you dont feel like hiking, we also rent bikes and offer some great local dishes! The on-site restaurant has been owned by the family for three generations and its cuisine represents the real taste of the local environment; our gnocchi made following grandmother's recipe are an absolute must try, as well as the famous porcini mushrooms from the near Čičarija forests. You can also try some homemade dry meat goods and award-winning spirits. We offer two rooms for 2 people, and two rooms for 3 people (double beds plus an extra single bed). Every room has a bathroom with a shower, free internet and a flat screen TV. There is also free private parking available in our courtyard. Welcome! :)

Hi, we're Katarina, Cirila and Željko! Third generation of the Cepčovi family that now owns restaurant and lodging Pri Cepčovih. We are a micro business, which means we are a boutique lodging, but that's perfect for us, especially because it gives us the chance to bond with every guest who visits us. Škocjan Caves – natural wonder of the classical Karst enlisted to UNESCO heritage list and renowned Lipica stud farm can be reached within 30 minutes. Postojna Cave, where you can see the olms, first baby dragons, the only living chordate cave in Europe, is 50 km away. Koper, Izola and Piran which are great for exploring the Slovenian seaside are 45 km away. If you would like to head out to the Croatian Dalmatian coast or the Italian one, Rijeka is also 45 km away and Trieste only 37 km. Of course we also have many other reccomendations for trips and we will happily provide those once you get here! :)
