The ground floor includes a spacious 45 m² terrace, ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation, a cozy living room, a kitchen, dining area, bathroom, separate toilet, and a storage room. Upstairs there’s a bedroom with a balcony, a room with four single beds, a small bunk-bed room, and a second balcony (6 m²) overlooking the forest. ⚡ The house is fully off-grid – electricity comes from solar panels, while heating is provided by heating panels and wood burning stoves. The tap water is not drinkable, but bottled water will be ready for you in the cellar. Guests are kindly asked to use electricity and water sparingly. This is not a luxury home – but a peaceful, natural, and simple retreat for nature lovers. 🚗 Access requires a 5 km gravel road (about 15 minutes by car), but the destination is worth every meter.
