Gentry11 Rooms&More is a small boutique stay in the heart of Maribor, created in a carefully restored bourgeois apartment where tradition meets contemporary design. Natural materials, local craftsmanship and thoughtfully chosen details give each room its own character, while the atmosphere remains warm, personal and relaxed. Mornings begin just a few steps away. A 2–3 minute stroll along Gosposka Street takes you to Bistro Nana on Maribor’s Main Square, where breakfast is served overlooking the historic Plague Column. Enjoy it there as the city wakes up, or take it with you for the day ahead.

Gentry11 grew from our shared love of travelling, discovering how locals live and finding the places that give a destination its true character. For years we dreamed of creating a place of our own, inspired by our journeys, respect for tradition, natural materials and Slovenian craftsmanship. When we came across an old bourgeois apartment in the centre of Maribor, we immediately knew we had found the right place. With the help of our families and talented local craftsmen, Gentry11 became reality. We wrote the first chapter ourselves — but we love continuing the story with our guests. Our wish is simple: come as strangers, leave as friends.

Gentry11 is located at Gosposka ulica 11, in the pedestrian heart of Maribor. The street was first mentioned in 1488 as “Herren Gasse” and later became one of the city’s favourite promenades — a place where people met friends, made new acquaintances and enjoyed city life. More than five centuries later, Gosposka Street still leads straight into the rhythm of Maribor. The Main Square, cafés, restaurants, shops, the Old Vine and the Drava riverfront are all within an easy walk, while Pohorje and the surrounding wine roads are close enough for a day beyond the city centre.
