Stone House CALLA is located in the heart of the picturesque village of Sv. Peter, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and forests. It’s the perfect choice for anyone seeking an authentic connection with nature, cultural heritage, and tranquility — far from the crowds, yet still close to everything. The house offers a stunning view of the lush Istrian hills dotted with iconic little villages. Here, time slows down, nature embraces you, and true homely comfort comes to life. The house was created from a former stone olive mill (torkla) and is located right next to the village well. Today, the well is beautifully restored and next to it there is a small viewing terrace — now a popular meeting point for locals and a resting spot for hikers and cyclists passing through the Istrian hills. The house offers breathtaking views in every direction. On the southeast side, you overlook the village, the historic well, and the Church of St. Peter, which proudly features a famous Renaissance altar — just steps away from the house. On the northwest side, the view stretches far across forests to the the rolling Istrian hills.
