Solčava is a picturesque alpine village nestled in the upper Savinja Valley of northern Slovenia, near the Austrian border. Surrounded by the majestic Kamnik-Savinja Alps and the Karawanks, this tranquil settlement offers a harmonious blend of natural beauty and cultural heritage. The village serves as the gateway to the renowned Solčava Panoramic Road, a scenic route that meanders through three stunning glacial valleys: the Logar Valley (Logarska Dolina), Robanov Kot, and Matkov Kot.
