Hiša Tarka is an old family home in the village of Radmožanci that has been converted into two separate apartments, with extensive gardens and outbuildings either side of the house. There is a central courtyard and fire pit area, and ample outdoor seating in covered areas or out on the grass. The property itself is situated at the quiet end of the village just a few minutes' walk from fields and woodland. You can access many hiking, cycling and walking trails right from the door. The sound of birds and very little else is ready to greet you here. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE ROOM CONFIGURATIONS WHEN BOOKING: APARTMENT ONE (30m²) - comprised of - a 6m² entry / reception room with a dining table and bench seating and clothes and luggage storage; - a 20m² main bedroom / lounge with more clothes and luggage storage and a wall-mounted 43" Smart TV; one double bed (140*200cm), a 3-seater sofa bed (120*210cm when extended); two stackable single beds (90*200cm); - a 5.2m² bathroom with toilet and shower over bathtub. APARTMENT TWO (27m²) - comprised of - a 9.5m² entry / lounge room with a 32" TV with DVD player and Amazon Fire Stick, and a 2-seater sofa bed (120*200cm when extended); - a 3.5m² shower room with toilet; - the main bedroom with a dining table and bench seating and a 160*200cm double bed and further clothes and luggage storage. Radmožanci is a small village located just outside the Goričko National Park, within fifteen minutes' drive to Murska Sobota with a bus and train station, and Lendava, also with a bus station. The borders of Hungary, Croatia and Austria are just ten to thirty minutes' drive away, and we are a ten-minute drive from the motorway. The countryside is rural with a backdrop of wine hills home to many great vineyards, restaurants and amazing scenery, and the Ljutomer and famed Jeruzalem wine region is just half an hour away to the south.
