At the end of the village, at the top of the hill, between nature, birds and amazing, stunning views of the valley and surrounding hills lies house Pucnk. You can enjoy and calm in the spacious garden and two terraces. If you're looking for fresh air and nature during the day and silence and deep sky during the night, this is a place for you! And the luxury of the beautifully rustically furnished house during the whole day! :) You have two 90sqm floors and an 800sqm garden, all for you!
We'll meet you upon your arrival and show you around. You can contact us anytime during your stay if needed.
Hiking, cycling, trekking hills Ratitovec, Jelovica; swimming in the pool in Železniki, in the lake Bled, (only 40min drive away) or lake Bohinj (an hour drive). Just down the hill, there is a sports park Rovn with numerous activities and good food. Plenty of places with good restaurants in the surrounding towns. The village is located 10min drive from the closest town Železniki, 20min drive from the beautiful medieval town Škofja Loka. There is 30km to the nearest airport and 40km to Ljubljana. A couple of ski resorts are nearby, Stari vrh, Soriška planina and Črni vrh. You can find a grocery store and bakery in the village down the hill. The neighboring farm produces and sells milk, butter, cheeses, cottage cheese, fruit juices, and schnapps.
