Istrian Lux Residence is one of the three ISTRIAN APARTMENTS B&B KOPER. The spacious, modern, family friendly apartment (55 mq) offers air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and brand new furniture. It has a big separate bedroom with one big and very comfortable bed and a closet. Three children or guests can be situated in the living room area on big folded bed and one single bed for kids. There is olso a baby-bed/babycot and baby chair (on request). The new kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, induction hob/cooktop, a micro oven, fridge with freezer, a dishwasher and electric water kettle. All the basic ingredients are available (salt, sugar, oil, vinegar). The big, spacious bathroom has a shower, washing machine, hair dryer. Fresh towels and linens are waiting for you. The living room has a large comfortable folded bed, a big new Smart TV, free WI-FI with a cable tv programm scheme. A big terrace with garden furniture in front of the apartment will let relax you. On demand we supply breakfast and other personalized freshly made meals with ingredients of our local producers (tipical Istrian cuisine Fresh Sea fish,home made sweets etc). Located in a quiet neighborhood, just a few km from the city center of Koper, close to the sea&beach. The apartment has a relaxing view on the outstanding Vanganel valley and vineyard area. Olso very close to the Nature Park of Škocjan. Especially suitable if you like enjoing outside, walking in the nature, hiking, jogging, do bike tours (Parenzana road starts near..). The location is ideal for excursions with bicycle, since the apartment is located by the several coastal cycling route (most known is Parenzana) or rock-climbers and a great starting point to visit authentic seaside towns of Slovenian, or Croatian Istria and Italia. Using your car you are at the nearby beaches in few minutes. Slovenian Riviera, 46.6 kilometers along the Adriatic Sea, with pebbly beaches and charming coastal towns. From the extravagant resort towns to the hidden cliff side bays you can only reach by foot. BEACHES OF SLOVENIAN ISTRIA TO VISIT: - BEACH OF THE CITY OF KOPER is a pebbly beach, just as relaxing and provide incredibly stunning sunsets in the summers. -SIMON'S BAY and IZOLA BEACH which means island, is another small and pebbly beach in the old fishing village of Izola, close by to Strunjan Park. The DEBELI RTIČ BEACH/ THICK LITTLE CAPE is another hidden gem of the Slovenian Riviera. Is located in the city of Ankaran - very close to the Italian border. PORTOROŽ BEACH is packed from one end to another with umbrellas and sandcastles during the hot summer months. As one of the only sandy beaches along the Slovenian coastline, - PIRAN BEACH (old town Piran) It is not a sandy beach, the coast is cleanly paved in concrete all along and has various facilities to ensure the most refreshing of swims. Stairwells descending into the sea allow for easy access into the water, and a romantic view of the Venetian and Austrian architecture.
