Living Forest Resort is a unique resort located in the National park Goričko. As the name suggest, the houses in the resort are located in a wild forest of Gorčko known for its immense biodiversity. All the houses are build from natural materials and are carefully placed in symbiosis with the environment. The experience of staying in homes build of natural and local materials offers a softness and a sense of connection with the environment, we can let go and relax in a deeper way and get the deep sleep our body longs for. The resort offers a possibility of a true reconnection with nature with all our senses. Eyes feast on the lush green forest, the ears rest in the bountiful bird songs and the smells of wild nature nurture the very essence of us. There are no street lights, no light pollution, so the night sky is full of stars and one can even see fireflies. Around the property there are many hiking and biking possibility in the immediate surrounding and also wider area of Goričko.

It has been my fascination for many years to find ways to merge nature and living, so i have been exploring natural building materials for many decades. The houses in the Living Forest Resort have been build by my own hands using local materials and their construction and also living in them with my dog Neža has been a healing and amazing experience.

Living Forest Resort is located in the national park Goričko, that is well known for its huge biodiversity, thus this region has also been declared Natura 2000. The resort is placed in a wild forest and the surrounding wildlife is an important part of the experience of staying in Living Forest Resort. The remote location, far from urban life, offers a stress-free zone, where the eyes rest on lush green forest and the ears indulge in bird songs.
