Nice and relaxing family home offers you a comfortable stay in two elegant apartments. We are situated in the middle of the countryside, just minutes away from vast and diverse natural areas, fields and forests just perfect for trekking, cycling or for just a relaxing romantic walks. Aside from that, the Maple place is also an ideal starting point for several tourist attractions of the area. Based on the edge of the Pivka town the Maple place is just close enough to the main road Postojna-Rijeka and all the usual necessities (shop, restaurants, doctor, pharmacy etc.) and just far enough to get out of the noise of the modern life, in close vicinity of fields, forests and lakes, for which the area is renown. The Maple place apartment is located in the lower grounds of the owner’s house and shares a common yard where guests can relax. There are two parking spaces available for guests. The apartments are entirely on one level, without stairs. There are eight beds available: double bed, single bed and one sofa that can be converted and a bunk bed. Clean sheets included. An additional baby crib and chair are available upon request. Apartment includes a private bathroom.

The Maple place is run by the Balut family: Matej and Andreja with their 9-year old son, 6-year old daughter and a brave, although somewhat goofy Airdale Terrier As. We are a young family just starting with renting apartments, but we do it with an enthusiasm and a genuine wish to offer our guests the same kind of happinness and tranquillity we have found in our beloved countryside of Green Karst.
