Hi, I’m Tatjana, your host! Welcome to our home, where you’re treated like family. We’re not professionals, we’re personal! You’ll have full privacy, but we’re here for anything you need. Our house is a work in progress outside (driveway, paths), but inside, everything is beautifully done for maximum comfort. Heating season is officially considered to be from October 15 to April 15, during which heating costs are included in the price. Outside of this period, heating can be provided at an additional charge: 10 EUR per day for the Deluxe Apartment and 5 EUR per day for the Deluxe Suite.

Our check-in times are as follows: from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM from May to September, and from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM from October to April. If you need a late check-in, kindly request it at the time of booking or, at the latest, within the days following your reservation or up to one day before your arrival when you receive our check-in message. Please note that late check-ins not requested or confirmed in advance will not be accommodated. If guest fails to book for the exact number of persons, and arrive with the more than it was booked, those guests will not be accommodated and no refund will be made.
