Ortenia was designed according to the principles of innovative sustainable construction using healthy, natural and environmentally friendly materials. As the first ecological apartment building in Slovenia, it combines modern architecture, a high level of comfort and a close connection with nature. As the only multi-apartment building in Slovenia, Ortenia has received the international environmental certificate Green Globe, and in 2014 it received the Green Pencil award for achievements in the field of sustainable architecture. With only six apartments, the atmosphere is peaceful, intimate and personal. In addition to the apartments, guests can enjoy wellness, fitness, socializing areas, sports activities, games and landscaped surroundings, making Ortenia suitable for both a relaxing break and an active holiday.
