The apartment is located on Mariborsko Pohorje, in a complex called Pohorske Terase which lies in the middle of the skiing area and next to the cycling track. The apartment was fully furnished in 2023 and offers free WI-FI and outdoor parking. It is suitable for 2+2 people. It is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, two cable TVs, a safe and a desk table. Bed linen and towels are included. In winter, you can walk straight from it to the ski slopes, and in the summer you can go hiking. You can store skis and hiking equipment in the basement boxes. The apartment includes a living room, dining room and kitchen, a separate bedroom, a corridor and a terrace. In the living room, a wardrobe has been added, which opens and turns into a real bed, so all four guests can sleep comfortably.
