In honor of its history, we chose to keep the name "Pr Dolenc", the traditional name of the old homestead once owned by Marija Dolenc. Our accommodation is perfect for those seeking relaxation in nature, yet still close to urban amenities, cultural landmarks, and main roads. The apartment is thoughtfully furnished and fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay - whether you're planning a short getaway or a longer vacation. Apartment Pr DOLENC is located just a 10-minute drive from A1 highway between Ljubljana and Maribor, both of which are only 30-40 minutes away. The surrounding area offers plenty of hiking spots and cycling trails. The starting point of Kotečnik, Slovenia's largest climbing area, is just a few minutes’ drive from the apartment. For beer lovers, a visit to the Clef Brewery and the Green Gold Fountain in Žalec is a must. Right nearby, the Eco-Museum of Hop-Growing and Brewing tells the fascinating story of the region’s hop-growing heritage. For history enthusiasts, Celje Castle is a highlight. This medieval fortress offers panoramic views and a glimpse into Slovenia’s royal past. The historic town of Celje also features museums, galleries, and cozy cafés. For wellness and relaxation, we recommend a visit to Rimske Toplice or Thermana Laško, both known for their thermal waters and wellness services. Families and nature lovers will enjoy Mozirski gaj, a seasonal flower park with beautifully designed gardens and themed events throughout the year.
