Uniquely renovated rooms are located in the idyllic village of Podkoren and they kept all the relevant features of the amazing Slovenian cultural heritage. Restored furniture, exclusive fabrics, and local food in combination with eco-friendly aspects. It is worth mentioning that our house, protected as a cultural monument, has introduced a unique solution in bathroom design by incorporating distinctive glass bathrooms. The hotel is also the first Slovenian cultural heritage to achieve a prestigious GOLD TRAVELIFE CERTIFICATE in sustainable tourism. We offer breakfasts to our guest. Please order breakfast 24 hours in advance, if you do not reserve it directly with Booking. We do not offer everyday cleaning, but are at the property and can help you with your needs.

Neighborhood info

Podkoren is idilic village 3 km away of Kranjska Gora, surrounded by majestic mountains. This winter wonderland offers easy access to Kranjska Gora's ski slopes (accessible by foot) and the Planica Nordic Center. It's an old village that looks like museum. It's an ideal start for skiing, hiking and cycling tours towards Italy, Austria or Kranjska Gora region (Zelenci, Tamar, Krnica, Vitranc, Vršič).
