The apartment is on the 3rd floor (no lift), and has great views both front and back of the apartment. Natural light fills the apartment all day, and it's very quiet considering the location is central. There is paid parking of 1eur per hour from 8am till 8pm all around the apartment. The apartment was built around 1880. A beautiful building with a grandiose feel and look. High ceilings with a pleasant and comfortable relaxed home like feel. Breakfast available and pets allowed on request.
I have been hosting apartments for over 8 years and I feel it's very important that every guest feels comfortable and enjoys their stay as much as possible. Who also feels there was value from their stay. I'm an English national who has lived in Slovenia for over 8 years. I can therefore assist with any questions about the area and what it offers to get the most from a stay.
Just a 150m walk to the centre of Maribor, over the bridge, and you're amongst the popular bars and restaurants which sit on the river and in the main square. It's a beautiful place to be. There is parking around the building and the cost is 1eur per hour from 8am till 8pm. Free on Saturday and Sunday's!
