With thoughtfully curated amenities, you'll enjoy all the comforts of home. Let me mention that the gentle church ringtone will remind you of the exact time.

It's a stay in an authentic village setting, where you'll be captivated by the Istrian friendliness of the locals. You'll meet them at the newly renovated store, the village bar, and the sale of freshly baked bread and other goodies. Just a stroll through the village, it offers pleasant walks with beautiful views of the sea and Koper. Or take a nature walk in the woods and enjoy bird singing. The village of Šmarje offers a great starting point for exploring Slovenian Istria and its surroundings. If you arrive with your own vehicle, you don't have to worry about parking. Your vehicle will be in a secure backyard on the property. Your property is in an ideal location if you want to rest in peace and quiet, but you're still close to the city's beat and a walk along the Koper Promenade, just a 13-minute drive away.
