The property is a traditional stone house located in a quiet area surrounded by nature. It has five rooms, all with private bathrooms, on the first floor. It is surrounded by a lawn where you can have breakfast and relax while enjoying a splendid view. Or enjoy a cool aperitif in the evening while watching the sunset. The house is 6,5km or 9min away from UNESCO protected Škocjan caves. TOURIST TAX WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA AT CHECKIN due to many dfferent prices!

The house is located on the edge of a forest rich in flora and fauna. Behind the house is a forest road and marked "Magajnova" trail leading to Vremščica mountain (cca 1,5h - 1027m asl), from where you can enjoy a splendid 360° view of slovenian Karst, Brkini and Postojnsko regions. The UNESCO protected Škocjanske jame, Divaška jama, and jama Vilenica caves, are just a few kilometers away, and the worlds famous one-of-a-kind Postojnska cave with Predjama castle, and a record holder Italian Grotta Gigante (Borgo Grotta Giggante - Giant Cave) located near Italian city Trieste, are both around 30 minutes drive away. Lipica stud farm stables, home of a unique white Lipizzaner horses are just 15 minutes drive away, just a bit longer drive will get you to stunning Kraški rob with its Beka valley, and stunning views over Italian City of Trieste and Slovenian coast. The beautiful Italian city of Triest with its unique Austro-Hungarian architecture, medieval castle San Giusto, and beautiful castle of Habsburgs emperor Maximilian and Charlotte The Miramare castle, are just some of the attractions the region is full of to offer, in distance of 60 minutes of driving. Port city of Trieste, Croatian Rijeka and Opatija riviera with its splendid waterfront and restaurants serving traditional delicacies, Slovenian coastal cities Koper, Izola, Piran and Portorož are all in reach of 30 to 60 minutes drive away. Within one hour drive you can reach Slovenian capital city of Ljubljana, unique Nova Gorica and Cerje or Soča river region, including most of the local landmarks and hidden places. The nearby region offers several restaurant options with a variety of choices suiting many of the taste choices. You can choose from traditional dishes accompanied with a glass of a good quality local wine for affordable prices, to more fine selected choices like strictly fish food in a luxury amenity with splendid service, or even Japanese sushi.
