Elegant country house, overlooking the valley, the ultimate home of the countryside in a blind alley, peace and tranquility, beautiful woodland at a stone's throw, garden with barbecue, sunbeds, beach umbrella, open-air dining room (two opening walls) , Upstairs double bedroom with bed 200x200 cm with water mattress, baby room with a single bed 90x200 cm and a sofa 160x200 cm, in the living room 120x200 cm sleeper sofa, fireplace. Typical details, house entirely of Istrian stone.

Nova vas is a village known for the best land for garlic production, no accident every summer in July in the country is held the garlic and wine festival, as all the Slovenian hinterland boasts production of the best olive oils. In the village there are two restaurants, one with typical cuisine and pizzas, the other with fish-based cuisine. Nearby are the villages of Sveti Peter, Padna and Krkavče, all interesting to visit. Very suitable area for hiking, cycling, etc. Downstream the river Dragonja marking the border between Slovenia and Croatia.
