Property info

Nice and stylish. Close to the river (100meters). 30 minutes walk or 10 minutes by bike to the city center. Free hi speed wi-fi. Nice private garden with sunchairs, barbeque place and drinking water fountain tap. For additional security of our guests, the exterior of the house (private garden and entrance/exit area) is covered by video surveillance.

Neighborhood info

Very quiet and peacefull neighborhood, not far from the city centre. Grocery shop, bakery shop and bio vegetable market are all very close (max. 5 min. walk). 500 meters to tennis courts, fitness, swimming pool (outdoor and indoor), as well as hill Golovec good for cross country running, hiking, treking, biking, etc.
