Cosy, trendy, spacious and quiet apartment. Recently renovated. Located on the 3rd floor of the appartment building (2 lifts available). Easy access. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with lots of utensils. Dishwasher and washing machine available. Comfortable balcony, which can be used also for having breakfast or smoking.
Family man, running, classical concerts and culture.
Nice and quiet green neighourhood. A very large children playground is in front of the building. Bus stop, electric scooters and city ​​bike stations are located nearby the building (50 m). Spar and Mercator department stores are located app. 80 m from the apartment. Apartment is 2 km from city centre (20 min walking, 10 min with bus) and 1,4 km from Arena Stožice. Bus card for all city lines is available in the apartment.
