Tinčeva hiša is located in the extreme western part of Slovenia, in the hamlet of Strmec, right next to the Kanal-Lig-Britof road, in a beautiful location overlooking Venice. Just 15 minutes drive from the Canal. The completely renovated apartment of 68 m2 is located in the middle of unspoiled nature and only a good kilometer from the border river Idrija, which draws the border between Slovenia and Italy. It offers an idyllic opportunity to completely disconnect from the daily hustle and bustle, as well as a great starting point for hikers, cyclists, motorcyclists, kayakers, climbers and nature lovers. Close proximity to the famous cycling route from Kobarid, via Kolovrat to Goriška Brda, proximity to the famous Peace Trail from the Alps to the Adriatic and the Julian Trail and only a good 30 minutes from Cividale del Friuli (Italy), where there is a huge stone Devil's Bridge with emerald river Nadiža. The completely renovated apartment with air conditioning has space for 4 + 1 people. The double bedroom is located on the upper floor, on the ground floor there is a room with two beds (90 * 200 and 140 * 200), a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen and a dining room.
