The Space
Charming old village house has a hidden garden and renewed interiors. A balanced mix of traditional past and modern future will make you relax. Mighty door takes you inside a beautiful courtyard, where you can relax in comfortable garden seats or hammock, prepare a grill and enjoy the falling stars in the night.
This 2-floor 180m2 house has 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, dinning room, bathrooms, laundry and a big kitchen. It is ideal for whole family gathering and reminiscing of memories past. In the villa we have space for 7 people with the option to add a few beds more.
When the sun is going down, you can relax on the terrace, sip a glass of wine and enjoy the beautiful fire-like colors over the landscape.

I am from Slovenia, renting aswell a rustical vila-house in the region of Karst. I am passionate about outdoor activities and i like to travel abroad to discover new places, cultures and people.
Vila Dane is located in the village Dane, which is a peaceful village, on the border of the forest, but just a shot away from the town Sezana. It is a perfect place to take long walks in the countryside, play with kids in the nature or take your dogs to play on open space.
In Sezana you can find public transport in all directions such as bus or train. There are 3 big supermarkets, 2 gas stations, 4 banks, post office...
The house is just a shot away from Trieste (Italy) and an hour drive away from the capital Ljubljana (Slovenia).
Nearby you can find world famous attractions as Lipica stud farm, Postojna Caves, Skocjan caves park and Sezana - small town with relaxing places of interest like botanic garden, spa centre and lots of nature.
Located in the middle of Karst, in the village Dane, surrounded with many points of interest:
- 500 MTB trails (possible hiring of bicycles)
- 100 climbing directions (10 climbing spots)
- 30 exploration caves
- 5 horse-riding stalls,
