Our villa in Moravske Toplice is an excellent choice for a comfortable stay for a large family or a group of friends. The house includes: • 3 toilets and 3 shower cabins, • 2 jacuzzis (one single and one double), • a fully equipped kitchen with oven, coffee machine and a microwave • a spacious living and dining area. Outdoor facilities: • a well-maintained lawn, • a balcony with sun loungers, • a large dining table for 6 people, • a family-size grill for preparing meals outdoors. The villa combines modern convenience with a cozy atmosphere, offering guests maximum comfort.
Our neighborhood offers a variety of attractions and conveniences for guests. Every day nearby you will find a funfair with rides, go-kart racing, and other activities for both children and adults. Just a few minutes away is the Thermal Complex Moravske Toplice 3000 – a large water park with slides, pools with hot thermal water, and saunas. For those seeking relaxation, the Wellness & Spa Vivat offers healing thermal springs and pools. In the evenings, the park hosts open-air concerts, and a night market opens with local food, drinks, and souvenirs. Within just 5 minutes’ walk from the villa there is a grocery store open daily from 8:00 to 20:00, as well as a bus stop with buses running approximately every 10 minutes. This unique combination of entertainment, convenience, and peaceful nature makes the area an excellent choice for both family holidays and romantic getaways.
