The Villa EVA is situated in the heart of Goriška brda. Although located in the centre of an authentic Brda village, Kozana, it is completely isolated from other buildings, offering total privacy with enchanting views of the colourful Brda hills.

Timon is a great host, is extremely helpful and gave us great support, for example when looking for restaurants and reserving a table as well as with all other questions.

Kozana is also a picturesque and well-explained village. It is located on the road between Šmartni and Vipolži, surrounded by many vineyards and orchards, where sweet grapes and various types of extremely tasty fruit ripen. It is therefore no coincidence that even before the First World War, Kozan women sold fruit in the towns and resorts of Austria at the time, and their husbands sent it to them daily by train from Gorica. The people of Kos are proud of the church of St. Hieronima with the bell tower, for which the architect Jože Plečnik contributed the draft for the restoration. The current final part of the bell tower, in the form of a temple, separated from the church, was raised in 1956 according to Plečnik's plan. The church is decorated with a baroque altar and an altar painting from 1714. After both world wars, a single bell was preserved, but until now the bells have been replaced by bigger and better ones twice already.
