Situated in the heart of Portorož, 100 meters from Central Beach Portorož, Villa Lucci offers Gothic-Style luxurious accommodations with free Wifi, air-conditioning, and private parking. It is a part of a historical villa dating to 19th century, which has recently been renovated. Though it is located in the centre of the city, the villa is surrounded by a beautiful old garden, which allows visitors to enjoy the apartments in relative peace, without the hustle and bustle from the nearby area. It has two apartments that are located on ground level and each have access to its own garden that has deck chairs, dining tables, a barbecue, and a wood-fired oven. The elegantly furnished apartments, which have been restored in 2020, also feature wall-mounted flat-screen cable TVs, wardrobes, ironing facilities, and desks that serve as a dedicated workspace. There are private bathrooms with shower in all units, along with a washing machine, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Each apartment provides two bedrooms, a living room with beautiful sofas, a nice wooden dining table, a fully equipped kitchen for easy and quick food preparation, a full bathroom, and a guest toilet.

The property is near the Avditorij Portoroz and about 50 meters the park. It is 200 meters from Grand Hotel Palace, 6km from Sečovlje Salina Nature Park, and close to the beach area where there are a number of restaurants, bars, and cafes to choose from. Nearby, only within 200 meters away, are boutiques, a supermarket, the post office, bakery, and bus stations, certainly offering convenience to guests. Adding to its advantage is the historical city of Piran, which is only within 10 minutes accessible by bus.
