As Piran’s historic center is characterized by its narrow, cobbled streets, please note that direct car access is not possible. However, this adds to the town’s timeless charm. The Villa is perched on the hillside beneath St. George’s Cathedral, accessible via a series of steep, stone steps. Your short climb will be, however, well rewarded—with views over the terracotta rooftops of Piran, set against the backdrop of the Adriatic Sea, all from the serenity of the Villa’s hidden Mediterranean garden. Do be informed that due to the garden and the region’s mild coastal climate, occasional visits from local insects or small creatures, may occur. Please rest assured, none of these are poisonous or dangerous—they are simply a natural part of the Mediterranean environment and rarely a disturbance.
